So over the weekend I had the opportunity to see Kevin Hart live in Washington, D.C.. He made a joke about his uncle who's favorite saying is, "say it with your chest!" That got me thinking about relationships and the horrible things we say to each other in the heat of the moment.
What is the worst thing you have said to your boyfriend, girlfriend, wife or husband? Secondly, what is the worst thing someone in a relationship has said to you?

I remember to this day one of the worst things a girlfriend has ever said to me. Let me add I may have deserved it but her words still cut like a knife. After a huge fight I had had enough and I was headed towards the door to leave, she comes flying out of the bedroom and shouts, "I HATE YOU!" Man it hurt, but we eventually worked it out.
